Charles Reiffel (1862-1942)

Charles Reiffel was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He studied at the Munich Academy in Munich, Germany. In 1912, he purchased a home in Silvermine, Connecticut. Reiffel moved to San Diego in 1925 where he resided and painted until his death.
